🧵 Are your sweatshirts made by hand?

Not by my hands — but they are designed by me, printed to order in the UK, and made from premium organic cotton. No mass production, no warehouses. Just good words on great fabric.

📦 How long will my order take?

Each sweatshirt is printed just for you.

Production: Up to 5 working days (Mon–Fri)
UK delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 48

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once it’s on the way.

🔁 Can I return or exchange?

Because everything is made-to-order, we don’t accept returns for wrong sizes or changes of heart.

But if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered — we’ll absolutely fix it. Just email us within 14 days. Full returns policy [here].

📏 How do I choose the right size?

All sweatshirts are unisex fit.

For women: a relaxed/oversized vibe
For men: true to size

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship to the UK only.
We’re keeping things simple while we grow, but international delivery is on the list. Sign up to the newsletter to know when that changes.

🧼 How do I care for my sweatshirt?

Wash inside-out at 30°C on a gentle cycle, and iron on the reverse to keep your print looking fresh.
Basically: treat it like your favourite hoodie, not your old gym kit.
