We hope you love your sweatshirt — but if something’s off, we’ll do our best to fix it.

Because everything is made-to-order...

We don’t hold stock and we don’t mass produce, so we can’t accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or “just didn’t vibe with it” reasons.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll sort it out.

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A clear photo of the problem

We’ll get back to you quickly to arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

No exchanges — but we can guide you on sizing:

All sweatshirts are unisex fit and sizing info is on every product page. Still unsure? Drop us a message before you order — happy to help.

Important notes:

• We do not cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.

• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once approved.
